Motorcycle Rider Course - Basic $195.00

Class is approved by the Department of Public Safety and is required for everyone,
regardless of age, applying for a first time motorcycle endorsement. Ability to ride a twowheeled
bicycle is a prerequisite. In order to take the course, you must be at least 15
years of age and have an unrestricted provisional class “C” or higher driver’s license or
learner’s permit. You must bring your driver’s license or learner’s permit with you to class.
Please note: Students under 18 years of age must bring parent or guardian with
them to start of first class in order to have them sign a waiver. Students under 18
who do not bring parent or guardian to sign waiver will not be allowed to take the
class and will forfeit their class tuition and fees. A form will be given to students who
successfully complete the course which will allow them to test for a motorcycle license. All
participants must wear protective gear - eye protection, sturdy leather footwear that covers
the ankle, long-sleeved shirt or jacket, long non-flare denim pants, or equivalent, and fullfingered gloves, preferably leather. You must bring protective gear to class. Students who
do not bring protective gear will not be allowed to take the class and will forfeit their class
tuition and fees. Motorcycle and helmet will be furnished, however, you may use your own
DOT approved helmet. Please note that class begins promptly as scheduled. You must
be on time to participate in the class. No refunds will be given for this class unless
student drops class in person at the Assistance Center at least one business day
prior to start of class. Class may run past the scheduled end time each day due
to inclement weather and/or student needs, but schedules will be adhered to as
much as possible. Be aware that this class is physically demanding and requires
motorcycle riding outside in inclement weather conditions. You must be in good
health to take this class.

proof of vehicle inspection and insurance to class. Class qualifies graduates for insurance
premium discounts with some motorcycle insurers. Please note: Students under 18
years of age must bring parent or guardian with them to start of first class in order
to have them sign a waiver. Students under 18 who do not bring parent or guardian
to sign waiver will not be allowed to take the class and will forfeit their class tuition

Motorcycle RiderCourse - Experienced $80.00

If interested in taking an Experienced Motorcycle RiderCourse class, please
call (806) 371-2902. Participants must have a valid motorcycle operator license or
endorsement and must bring proof of current registration, motorcycle license, inspection,
and insurance to class. They must also furnish own street-legal motorcycle, DOT
approved helmet, eye protection, long-sleeved shirt or jacket, full-fingered gloves, long
pants, and sturdy leather footwear that covers the ankle. This course is designed for
the rider with motorcycle street riding experience. Class qualifies students for insurance
premium discounts with some motorcycle insurers. Please note: Students under 18
years of age must bring parent or guardian with them to start of first class in
order to have them sign a waiver. Students under 18 who do not bring parent or
guardian to sign waiver will not be allowed to take the class and will forfeit their
class tuition and fees. You must be on time to participate in the class. No refunds
will be given for this class unless student drops class in person at the Assistance
Center one business day prior to start of class. Motorcycle students who wish to
include a passenger in the training may do so. Passengers will need to pay a fee to
participate. Passenger registrations will be taken at the training site on the day of the
class. Passengers under 18 years of age must bring parent or guardian with them to
start of class in order to have them sign a waiver.
