Fax Registration
  • If you are enrolling a child, you must use the social security number of the child, not the parent.
  • Complete the Continuing Education Registration Form, include credit card information, and fax to Registrar's Office (806) 371-5066.

No acknowledgement will be mailed.

 

Payment for courses is due at the time of enrollment. Payment must be received before a place can be reserved in class.
