The purpose of the College Relations department is to market Amarillo College. If you would prefer to produce your own project, ANYTHING that represents Amarillo College to the public including, but not limited to, stationery, pencils, pens, mugs, banners, t-shirts (including departmental), postcards, flyers, posters and brochures must be approved by the College Relations department staff BEFORE printing, distribution, mailing, etc.
Rules and Regulations
| In order to guarantee completion of your department’s project, a minimum of two weeks notice is required by the College Relations staff. This time frame includes layout and production of the piece, proofing and printing. You are responsible for supplying the content and proofing of the project. Whether just beginning a project or following up, it is helpful to make an appointment with the appropriate College Relations’ staff member before coming to the office to ensure that he/she will be in a position to speak with you. | ![]() |
