They do not have the authority to make investment decisions or initiate transactions. Amarillo College does not use soft dollar arrangements. The Amarillo College Investment Policy was last reviewed and approved by the Amarillo College Board of Regents at their March 24, 2009 meeting.  Amarillo College is associated with Amarillo College Foundation. The market value of the foundation investments at 8/31/08 was $30,719,156.  The investments are managed by the Investment Committee of the Amarillo College Foundation, P. O.
