AC students, faculty & staff, and area communities are joining in the newest Common Reader experience: Miracle in the Andes by Nando Parrado. Copyright in Higher Education

In this electronic age, copyright issues abound. College Librarian, Mark Hanna, has created a page to answer virtually any question about copyright in higher education.

The article links to a comprehensive subject guide to copyright information maintained at Rutgers University. Topics include legal materials; fair use principle; tips, guides and FAQs; key Internet sites; indexes; organizations; author / publisher agreements; and licensing.

Thursday Nights Only: 4th Floor Closing at 5:00 pm

Remember that on Thursdays, the 4th floor of the LIbrary--and only the 4th Floor--closes at 5:00 pm.  So get there in plenty of time to:

• check out books
• consult or copy reference books
• check out Reserve Desk materials
