Students, administrators, faculty and staff are expected to be familiar with and abide by these regulations at all times. The fact that a violation notice is not issued when a vehicle is illegally parked or operated does not mean or imply that the regulation or law is no longer in effect. The responsibility for obtaining knowledge of the laws and regulations in force is the responsibility of the motor vehicle operator.
