FALL 2013 GRADUATION INFORMATION
The deadline to apply for 2013FA Graduation and have your name printed in the Commencement brochure is November 20, 2013, NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Applications for graduation will be taken through December 13, 2013. Stop by the Registrar's Office to apply.
APPLYING FOR GRADUATION:
NOTE: Students earning a degree or Certificate of Completion must make formal application for graduation online at: www.actx.edu.
Select WebAdvisor (top right) then Select Log In. After successfully logging in, Select "Current Student". Under Academic Profile, select "Application for Graduation". Follow the directions on the screen until you receive a confirmation that the application has been received.
Students must apply for graduation during the term in which they plan to graduate. Begin this process by consulting with your academic advisor to ensure that all degree requirements have been met.
2013 Summer graduates that did not participate in the Spring Commencement are invited to participate in the Fall Commencement ceremony to be held in December. Commencement date is December 14, 2013. Commencement Instructions

DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION DATES:
Diplomas are available 7 - 10 days after the last day of the term. At that time, please bring a photo ID to the Registrar's Office on the Washington Street Campus to pick up your diploma.
At the student's request, a diploma will be mailed to those who live outside of Amarillo. For more information on the graduation process, or for information about transferring credit back to AC to receive your Associate Degree or Certificate, please contact the Registrar's Office at (806) 371-5036 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
