SPRING 2013 GRADUATION INFORMATION

The deadline to apply for 2013SP Graduation and have your name printed in the Commencement brochure is April 18, 2013, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NOTE: Applications for graduation will be taken up to May 10, 2013. 

APPLYING FOR GRADUATION:

NOTE: Students earning a degree or Certificate of Completion must make formal application for graduation online at: www.actx.edu. 

Select WebAdvisor (top right) then Select Log In.  After successfully logging in, Select "Current Student".  Under Academic Profile, select "Application for Graduation".  Follow the directions on the screen until you receive a confirmation that the application has been received.

Students must apply for graduation during the term in which they plan to graduate. Begin this process by consulting with your academic advisor to ensure that all degree requirements have been met.

COMMENCEMENT:

2012 Fall graduates that did not participate in the Fall Commencement are invited to participate in the Spring Commencement ceremony to be held in May.  Commencement date is May 10, 2013. Commencement Instructions

DIPLOMA DISTRIBUTION DATES:
Diplomas for each semester are printed two weeks after the end of the term.  At that time, please bring a photo ID to the Registrar's Office on the Washington Street Campus to pick up your diploma.
