The mission of the Top of Texas Tech Prep is to serve as a catalyst for building a strong systemic link between education and business/industry to empower students with a foundation of knowledge, skills, and attitudes which will facilitate entry into high-skills, high-wages, and high-demand jobs. The expectation is an outcome that will enhance the economic development of our region and the quality of life for our citizens.
