Amarillo College can partner with business, industry, government entities, and professional organizations to provide workforce training to employees and members. The Co-Sponsorship Agreement is a partnership relationship. Amarillo College and the sponsoring group draft a written agreement which is signed by representatives from Amarillo College and the Co-Sponsor.
Co-Sponsor’s responsibilities typically include:
- Provide and compensate instructors
- Provide all course materials
- Ensure quality of instruction
Amarillo College’s responsibilities typically include:
- Provide training facility
- Provide CEUs
- Ensure quality of instruction
The Co-Sponsor’s course paperwork (course outline, course objectives, and instructor qualifications) must be approved by Amarillo College’s Continuing Education Department prior to the delivery of training.
