From diving deep into AC Data and discussing future plans to awarding outstanding employees for their hard work and commitment to student success, the AC Family gathered at the Civic Center Heritage Room for this year's Fall General Assembly. An interactive Data Summit during General Assembly encouraged all departments of the college to focus on the numbers in their specific cohort in hopes of generating productive conversations about needed improvements, recommendations, and solutions to improve student success as an institution and to also celebrate the large victories that have already been accomplished throughout the years.
Employees were introduced to their community's data thanks to a new portal built by our amazing IT department in conjunction with the Institutional Research department and Pigeonhole Live which allowed employees to provide input, comments, concerns, thoughts, and opinions on a larger-than-usual interactive platform.
As AC tradition has it, it would not be a General Assembly without recognizing outstanding employees who go above and beyond to ensure student success. Six superheroes and three employees of the year were honored this year for their passion, commitment, and work ethic. Names and awards are listed below.
