Fitzner’s art, which includes watercolor, mixed media, pastels, acrylics and charcoal, will be on display in the Russell Hall Art Gallery from Jun 15-29.

The reception will be from 4-7 p.m. on June 15 in the foyer at Russell Hall, which is fronted by 24^th Avenue on the Washington Street Campus from June 15-29. 

Fitzner, who has studied art under AC art faculty Steven Cost and Stephanie Jung, is a native of New Mexico who became a resident of Amarillo in 2010.

Among her favorite artists are Mattisse, Degas, Monet, Picasso, MC. Escher, Andrew Wyeth, Peter Max and Georgia O’Keefe.
