Banking and Finance is a high growth industry offering many different occupations ranging from loan processing to compliance and risk analysis. 

Upon successful completion of the certificate, all students are guaranteed an interview with our partner banks who have open positions. 

Amarillo College is offering:

• 15 hour CE Banking and  Finance certificate
• Certificate can be completed in one semester
• Proposed addition as an Academic certificate by Fall 2022
• Guaranteed interview at banks with open positions at the successful completion of the course

Job Functions may include:

• Opening new personal and business accounts
• Counseling clients on their financial needs and analyzing applicant's financial status
• Credit and property evaluations to determine credit worthiness
• Preparing financial statements, budgets, reports and projections
