ACNetID

Adjunct Faculty
Load Hour Instructors teaching credit courses.
Classified Employees
Bi-weekly and monthly employees who are not Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Part-Time Instructors, Part-Time Teacher, Administrators, or Student Workers.
Colleague ID
A seven digit number that identifies your record in Colleague.
Colleague User ID
This can be the first letter of your first name followed by your Colleague ID or the first five letters of your last name followed by a dash and then your first and middle initial or your first and middle initials followed by your last name.
Cornerstone
Software used to evaluate employees' performance, calculate Pay for Performance merit amounts, and recruit external and internal candidates to fill positions at Amarillo College.
Employees
Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Part-Time Instructors, Part-Time Teachers, Classified Bi-weekly, Classified Monthly, Part-Time Classified (Non-Appointed) and Administrators.
Faculty
Full-Time 4.5-month, 4.6-month, 4.7-month, 4.8-month, 9-month, 10-month, 11-month, and 12-month Instructors, Assistant Professors, Associate Professors and Professors teaching credit courses.
myAccount
Where employees change their computer logins (ACNetID and password), access Cornerstone, and update their Acceptable Use Policy.
