How to Order Printing

Whether you are ordering online with a PDF file or have an original hard copy, start by completing the print request order form. Do you need a cost estimate before you order? That’s here too.

The form is designed to order black on white copies with standard printing and finishing services. If you don’t see what you need or have a question about your project, please contact ZIP Print at (806) 374-7711. There is also a list of additional services and pricing in the menu to the left.

PDF - Online Ordering:

  • Upload file to your Google Drive Account
  • Click the “Print Request Form” above.
  • Complete the form.
  • Attach file. File format must be a PDF (Portable Document Format).
  • Send
  • Your completed order will be delivered to the WSC Mail Room within 24 hours.

Original - Hard Copy Ordering:

  • Click the “Print Request Form” above.
  • Complete the form.
  • Click the “Print Form” button and attach the order form to original hard copy.
  • Submit the order form and original hard copy to the WSC Mail Room for pickup. Pickup times are 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Please do not drop off your orders in the “mail drop off” slot. We don’t want them to get lost in regular campus mail.
  • Your completed order will be delivered to the WSC Mail Room within 24 hours.

Please allow 24 hours turn around time.

Pickup and Delivery at WSC Mail Room

Pickup of hard copy orders and deliveries will be made twice daily: 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.

The Mail Room closes at 4:00 p.m. each day. Orders not picked up by 4:00 p.m. will be available at 8:00 a.m. the following morning.
Large orders (full carton or more) will deliver direct to the end-user.

The Mail Room is not responsible for contacting the departments when deliveries arrive.

Invoice & Payment:

An Order Acknowledgement will be delivered with completed order. This is not an Invoice. The Business Office will receive the Invoice from the printer and will process payment based on the account number you provided at the time of your order. You can keep track of your printing history under “My Account” link on the left.
