- Colleague ID
- A seven digit number that identifies your record in Colleague.
- Colleague User ID
- This can be the first letter of your first name followed by your Colleague ID or the first five letters of your last name followed by a dash and then your first and middle initial or your first and middle initials followed by your last name.
