Evidently, my password has expired, and I have tried to go through the regular process through MyAccount to enter my name, my birthdate, and my staff ID to reset my password. However, I keep getting an error indicating that my account cannot be retrieved. I am desperate to try to get to my class over the weekend that I am teaching as I cannot communicate with my students.
