JSTOR The complete archives of back issues of core journals in the humanities, social sciences, and other sciences.  (NOTE:  JSTOR' feature, MyJSTOR, a personal area for saving citations and articles, is NOT fully functional from off-campus computers.)
LearningExpress Library Resources include: tutoring and skill building for elementary, middle, and high school students, as well as college preparation and resources for current college students. The Learning Express Library also offers popular software tutorials, GED preparation, job search and workplace skills enhancement, U.S. citizenship resources, and resources for Spanish-speakers. (**NOTE: In order to take practice exams and to use other features of Learning Express, you must register within the site to save your information.)

ArticleFirst

Contains bibliographic citations that describe items listed on the table of contents pages of journals in science, technology, medicine, social science, business, the humanities, and popular culture. Each record describes one article, news story, letter, or other item. It is possible to search for and view both journals' tables of contents and individual article citations in ArticleFirst. This database is updated daily.

 

Directory of Open Access Journals

The Directory of Open Access Journals was launched in 2003 at Lund University, Sweden, with 300 open access journals and today contains approximately 9000 open access journals covering all areas of science, technology, medicine, social science and humanities.  DOAJ is a community-curated list of open access journals and aims to be the starting point for all information searches for quality, peer-reviewed open access material.

 

ECO (Electronic Collections Online)

ECO (Electronic Collections Online) is a database hosted by OCLC, with over 5,000 journals spanning a number of academic disciplines, such as agriculture, business, education, history, philosophy, science, among others.

 

Fuente Academica Premier

A valuable resource for academic researchers, this multidisciplinary database provides extensive full-text coverage of Spanish-language scholarly content. This collection of journals from Latin America, Portugal and Spain is designed to make academic research readily available in PDF format.

Provides a wide selection of state-specific (and multi-state) legal forms across the most popular legal areas. Includes real estate contracts, wills, pre-marital agreements, bankruptcy, divorce, landlord tenant and many others. Also included is a comprehensive attorney state directory and a dictionary of legal definitions explained in laymen's language.

From Microsoft Office and email to reading, math, and more, GCFLearnFree.org offers 125 tutorials, including more than 1,100 lessons, videos, and interactive, completely free.

 

Handbook of Texas

A project of the Texas State Historical Association.  The online Handbook offers a full-text searchable version of the complete text of the six-volume print edition, all corrections incorporated in the second printing, and approximately 400 articles not included in the print edition due to space limitations.  Subsequent developments will include additional corrections and updates, new articles, illustrations, and audio-video media.  The Handbook of Texas Online was officially released on February 15, 1999.

 

HeinOnline's Gun Regulation and Legislation in the US This database bring together complied legislative histories, CRS reports, Congressional hearings, United States Supreme Court briefs, monographs, and other related materials on the difficult and controversial topic of regulating firearms in the United States.   
HeinOnline's Slavery in the Americas and the World This HeinOnline collection brings together a multitude of essential legal materials on slavery in the United States and the English-speaking world. This includes every statute passed by every colony and state on slavery, every federal statute dealing with slavery and all reported state and federal cases on slavery.

This database offers detailed "how-to" instructions and creative ideas to meet the interests of virtually every hobby enthusiast. Full text is provided from leading hobby and craft magazines, including Bead & Button, Creative Knitting, FineScale Modeler, Quilter's World and many more.

 

Home Improvement Reference Center

Through a collection of comprehensive full-text content, this database provides users with detailed, user-friendly “how-to” information covering a variety of home improvement and repair projects.

Legal Information Reference Center Provides more than 13,000 state-specific forms, 530 Texas specific forms, and 60 forms with Spanish language content. The forms come from state legislative websites, with hundreds, including over 1,800 multi-state or general forms, from Nolo Publishing. Content is added on a regular basis. This resource also contains over 250 full-text ebook.

Small Engine Repair Reference Center

Small Engine Repair Reference Center (SERRC) offers assistance in providing routine maintenance (tune-ups, brake service) as well as extensive repairs (engine and transmission disassembly) and allows users to search by product type, brand, model/engine type, specific area of model/engine type and model numbers. PDF full text is available for all documents.

 

Statistical Abstract of the United States
