LVN TRANSITION TO ADN PROGRAM
Application Orientation Sessions for the LVN Transition to ADN Program are offered to prospective applicants during the fall and spring semesters each year. These Orientation Sessions provide interested program candidates important information about the requirements for admission to the LVN Transition to ADN Program.
Please be advised that individuals who intend to transfer college course work to AC must complete the college admission process, including evaluation of all official transcripts by the Registrar’s Office.
