Emergency purchases may be made when necessary for the continuing operation and security of the Physical Plant, but the Board should be informed of the expenditure at the next regular meeting.
Items purchased for resale are not bid.
Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the scheduled time for opening. Any bid that is received after the time specified shall not be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn after opening unless approved by the Board.
