Students do not need to apply to receive a diploma. Students do, however, need to apply to participate in this year's commencement ceremony (see application steps below).
Once all degree requirements are complete and the semester is complete the record will be updated for graduation purposes. Once a student is graduated, we will announce to the student via email how the student can receive the diploma. Students have up to one year to claim the diploma prior to the student being charged a diploma reprint fee.
Potential graduates will be sent a commencement application to their AC student email accounts. Students will need to complete the commencement application and secure their guest tickets (up to 9 guest tickets per graduate) to ensure their spot is secured. The priority registration date to ensure a graduate is included in all aspects of the ceremony (brochure, The Ranger newspaper listing, and ceremony) is April 22, 2021. Students who apply for graduation should receive final communications related to their graduation instructions via student email no later than May 1, 2021.
Students who have not been notified of the potential graduation by April16th, but believe that they should be graduating/participating in this ceremony, should contact us at email@example.com
For more information on the application, visit www.actx.edu/graduation.
This spring's ceremony will be livestreamed. The livestream link will be as follows for both ceremonies:
Each ceremony is divided by 'community". Due to space restrictions guests will not be allowed to change their ceremony.

At this time, summer graduates do not have their own, separate, summer ceremony. Summer graduates who wish to participate in the spring 2021 commencement ceremony will need to sign up via the registration form that will be sent to their student email.
Summer graduates who do not wish to participate in this spring ceremony will also have the option to participate in the fall 2021 ceremony/festivities, but details will be sent related to that ceremony later this fall.
