Amarillo College was founded in 1929 and to celebrate this we are having our "1929 Challenge".  To participate, sign up on and download the Strava app to your phone and join the AC Intramural Club.  Then sometime between Monday, September 14th and Thursday, September 17th while using the Strava app run as far as you can for 1,929 seconds (32 minutes and 9 seconds).  Whoever can run the furthest in this amount of time will win the prize.  Get your running shoes laced up and go give this challenge a try.  Open and free to all AC students.

Student Life is excited to begin our 12 Days of Tech Giveaways!

Here’s How It Works:
Beginning Monday,  September 14th, we will post an image everyday for the next 12 days at 8:30 a.m. with a prize and a way you can be entered in the drawing to win that item.

You have until the following morning at 8:15 a.m. to be eligible for that day’s drawing.

Winners will be announced via Facebook and/or Instagram, so be sure you are following us and checking back in everyday.

You must be a current Fall 2020 Amarillo College student to receive the prize.

Stop by and say hi to Baptist Student Minitries' Director, Taylour Echols, and get to know more about BSM. Students are invited to FREE lunch every Thursday and worship on Thursday nights.

Soccer Kick Contest

Show us your soccer skills and gains points by making goals.  You get 2 attempts, if you make one you get to continue kicking until you miss.  Every goal you make gains you a point and the person with the most points gets a prize.  Open and free to all AC students.
