We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you do need to return an item purchased through AC’s Online Bookstore the following terms & conditions apply.

• No refunds/exchanges without the original store receipt.

• Textbooks will be accepted through the return date listed on the receipt. If the textbook was purchased outside the return period for the semester you have 10 days from the date of purchase to return.

• Course manuals and textbooks/packages containing access codes, CD’s, DVD’s, or any other sealed item are non-returnable once the packaging is opened. Please make sure you have the correct item before opening.

• Reference or trade books not required for an Amarillo College class must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase.

• School supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, etc. may be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase if they are in the original condition.

• Electronic products and medical supplies are returnable for 10 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is in the original package and is unopened. Opened packages are not returnable. Most of these items have manufacturer’s warranties included. Please refer to the warranty information for service procedures.

• Refunds on clothing items are available only if the item is returned unused, within 10 days of purchase.

• Shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
