Biweekly Pay Schedule for Fall 2023Payment Date
(A) Fall I (Classes Ending on or Before 10/13/2023 and if you have no additional 16-week class) 09/22/23  10/6/23  10/20/23

Scenarios:

  1. Adjunct faculty member teaches only Fall I classes - (A)
  2. Adjunct faculty member teaches only Fall II classes - (B)
  3. Adjunct faculty member teaches some Fall I and some Fall II classes - (A & B)
  4. Adjunct faculty member teaches Fall I and Fall 16-week classes (C)
  5. Adjunct faculty member teaches Fall II and Fall 16-week classes (B) and (C)
  6. Full-time faculty members teach Fall I overload and Fall 16-week classes (C)
  7. Full-time faculty members with Fall I overload will be paid for all overload in 7 payments (C). If full-time faculty have a Fall II class that did not have a full enrollment at the beginning of the 1st 8 weeks, that particular overload will be loaded on the 2nd 8-week FWA report and paid in 3 payments. (B)

If full-time faculty have a Fall II class that did not have a full enrollment at the beginning of the 1st 8 weeks, that particular overload will be loaded on the 2nd 8-week FWA report and paid in 2 payments. (A)
