All-Around Gymnastics Camp$125

This camp is Monday through Thursday from 8am to 12pm. During our All-Around Gymnastics camps we will be helping ages 6-17 work on all gymnastics events including floor, trampoline, bars, beam and vault skills. This is a great opportunity for any level of gymnast to work on perfecting technique or learning something new. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear. Leotards are encouraged but not required. We only ask that your child does not show up in baggy clothing or jeans. Shorts, tights, tank tops and t-shirts are best. Each child will be barefoot and we will have cubbies for their shoes and other belongings. You must walk your child in for their first day of camp to complete a release form. Parents will NOT be allowed in the gym but are more than welcome to sit in the lobby or do drop-off/pick-up. Cheer Camp (ages 6-17)$125

This camp is June 9 - June 12 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During our cheer camp we will be teaching ages 6-17 all things cheerleading! From basic tumbling to partner stunting and even some short pom routines - your child will learn what it takes to be a cheerleader. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear. We only ask that your child does not show up in baggy clothing or jeans. Shorts, tank tops and t-shirts are best. Cheer uniforms are fine too. Each child will need lace-up shoes and we will have cubbies for their other belongings. Please have your child's hair pulled back and out of their face. Bars & Beam Skills Camp (6-17)$95

This camp is offered June 16-18 (Monday through Wednesday) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During this camp we will be teaching ages 6-17 specific skills for bars and beam events only. This camp is a great opportunity for kiddos that currently take classes but struggle with these 2 events. We notice often that most kids get stuck from leveling up due to a lack in bars or beam skills. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear. Leotards are encouraged but not required. We only ask that your child does not show up in baggy clothing or jeans. Shorts, tights, tank tops and t-shirts are best. Back Handspring Camp (6-17)$95

This camp is offered July 1st - July 3rd (Monday through Wednesday) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During our back handspring camp we will be teaching ages 6-17 the steps and skills to learn how to do a back handspring and back walkover. We do ask that kids know the basic skills of gymnastics and can hold their bridge with their head off the floor. By the end of camp kids may not have a back handspring by themselves but will know the proper form and technique of the skill. Dance & Tumble Camp (ages6-17)$125

This camp is July 7 - July 10 (Monday through Thursday) from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. This is a great camp for kids who love to move their body and are active! There will be 2 days of dance and 2 days of tumbling and trampoline skills. During our dance camp portion we will teach 2 choreographed routines that consist of a mix of dance styles (ballet, jazz, hip hop and pom). During the tumbling portion we will touch on all things basic tumbling; cartwheels, handstands, rolls & jumps. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear. Leotards are encouraged but not required. We only ask that your child does not show up in baggy clothing or jeans. Shorts, tights, tank tops and t-shirts are best. Level 1 (Ages 2-4)$99

This is a great option for any kiddos that have never taken a gymnastics class before. This is a beginning level class that introduces basic techniques and skills. All pieces of equipment are taught with emphasis on balance & coordination. Class requirements are no baggy clothing (leotards are encouraged but not required), hair pulled back away from face, and no jewelry (small stud earrings and small necklaces are ok). We ask that all children are potty trained because our staff will not be available to take kids to and from the bathroom.
