Dance & Tumble (ages 3-5)$145

Dance and Tumble class is a great beginning class to help a child decide if they like one more than another OR maybe even both! The first half will be geared towards a wide range of dance with basic steps, technique, and coordination. Then the second half of the class is for tumble, letting young dancers experience the fun of the gymnastics environment as well! Where they learn to front roll, handstands, barre technique, and much more. Students are required to go to the restroom right before classes begin so we can avoid distractions. Students are allowed to bring a water bottle and a bag to keep all of their things together. Dance attire: During the ballet class, dancers are required to wear a leotard for girls and nonrestrictive pants or shorts with a t-shirt for boys. Required shoes: 'Ballet pink' ballet shoes. Also, simple positions, and coordination. We make these classes fun and enjoyable with exciting warmups, up-beat music, and a free time at the end of class. Free time allows students to listen, be responsible, loosen up, and create bonds with their fellow classmates and have their own self expression! Students are required to go to the restroom right before classes begin so we can avoid distractions. Water bottles and dance bags are allowed and suggested. Dress attire: leotard, 'ballet pink' tights, 'ballet pink' ballet shoes. Accessories: no hoop earrings and no necklaces that can swing and hit/scratch faces. Dainty jewelry is acceptable. Participants will learn ballet, jazz, hip hop, pom, and contemporary routines in a fun and engaging environment, featuring exciting warm-ups and a group game at the end of each class. Dance attire: Students should wear comfortable clothing. Close fitting clothes are best, such as leggings and t-shirts.
