Teen Tumbling (ages 11-17)$77

This class is a great option for any teens that can't find a class that fits their skill level or age group. We hope this allows teens to practice and learn more in regards to power tumbling and trampoline skills. We will not teach bars or beam skills in this class. If you are interested in all-around for your teen please call the office to set up a level evaluation. Leotards are recommended but not required. Sports attire is best with no baggy clothing that can get caught on hands, feet or equipment. Parents are not allowed in the gym during classes but are more than welcome to sit in the lobby. Pre Hip Hop (ages 3-5)$60

This fun and energetic pre-hip-hop class introduces young children to the world of rhythm, beats, and movement in an age-appropriate and playful way. Designed for children ages 3-5, the class focuses on building a strong sense of timing, coordination, and body awareness while fostering creativity and self-expression through dance. Each session is filled with vibrant music, simple beats, and fun movement exercises that encourage children to clap, stomp, and groove to the rhythm. The class helps little ones understand basic hip-hop dance movements and concepts such as body isolation, bounce, and flow, while also improving their ability to listen to and follow rhythms.
