Our power tumbling & trampoline classes focus on floor tumbling and trampoline skills. Beam, vault and bars will NOT be taught in this class. Kinder Class Ages 6-7$127

This is a transition type class from preschool gym to our bigger gym. The ideal age range for this class is 6-7. Kids who might be outgrowing the small equipment but too young for the main classes. This is a great class for kids who have taken preschool classes for awhile and are ready to take the next step. All pieces of equipment are taught. Class requirements are no baggy clothing (leotards are encouraged but not required), hair pulled back away from face, and no jewelry (small stud earrings and small necklaces are ok). We ask that all children are potty trained because our staff will not be available to take kids to and from the bathroom. Our coaching staff is also not responsible for changing diapers or soiled clothing. Parents are not allowed in the gym during classes but are more than welcome to sit in the lobby. This class is a great option for any teens that can't find a class that fits their skill level or age group. We hope this allows teens to practice and learn more in regards to power tumbling and trampoline skills. We will not teach bars or beam skills in this class. If you are interested in all-around for your teen please call the office to set up a level evaluation. Leotards are recommended but not required. All-Around Clinic (ages 6+)$55

This clinic is offered on Saturday September 12th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During our All-Around Gymnastics clinics we will be helping ages 6-17 work on all gymnastics events including floor, trampoline, bars, beam and vault skills. This is a great opportunity for any level of gymnast to work on perfecting technique or learning something new. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear. Leotards are encouraged but not required. We only ask that your child does not show up in baggy clothing or jeans. Shorts, tights, tank tops and t-shirts are best. Each child will be barefoot and we will have cubbies for their shoes and other belongings. You must walk your child in for their first day of clinic to complete a release form. Tumbling and Bhs Clinic$55

This clinic is offered on Saturday only from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. During our Tumbling and Back Handspring Clinic we will be teaching ages 6-17 the steps and skills to learn how to do a back handspring and/or back walkover. We do ask that kids know the basic skills of gymnastics and can hold their bridge with their head off the floor. By the end of the clinic kids may not have a back handspring by themselves but will know the proper form and technique of the skill. We will not be providing lunch but encourage students to bring a water bottle and snacks (no peanuts) as we will take a few breaks. Required attire is athletic-wear.
