NFPA 70E Electrical Safety$599

Students will understand the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) requirements of 29 CFR 1910.300 Subpart S for electrical safety. The class also provides an overview of the NFPA 70 series of documents and how they interact with one another. i.e. 70, 70E, and 70B. There will be physical demonstrations for inspections of meters, tools, equipment, and PPE. Demonstrations for donning and doffing PPE. Handouts for meters and glove requirements. Videos of arc flash testing for clothing and equipment failures, and the class workbook for taking notes.
