Aikido Self-Defense$126

Introduction to the self-defense martial art of Aikido. Aikido combines the joint locks and throws from jujitsu with the dynamic movements of sword and spear fighting. Instructor is a member of the United States Aikido Federation. No prior martial arts experience needed. Students are encouraged to wear a martial arts Gi uniform. Intro to Self-Defense Karate$44

Karate is a fun and exciting way to get in shape while empowering you with self-defense skills. In addition to powerful, proven self-defense techniques, karate workout will provide total body exercise. Classes include instruction in redirection of force, defensive countermeasures to striking and kicking attacks, and escape from grabs and restraining attacks. Applied techniques are sensible, effective and easy to use by anyone regardless of size or gender. Classes are conducted by Lee Gray with 58 years' experience training children, adults, armed forces, and police and correction officers. An all white karate uniform (gi) is required. Basic working knowledge of rifles, shotguns, and handguns. How ammunition works and the types of bullets needed and size of shot needed in different situations.
