PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Maintenance Mechanic (MMM) is an hourly position that operates and maintains all mechanical and mechanically related equipment and performs general maintenance to equipment and maintenance related equipment associated with the plant operations and production equipment/processes.
Reports to: Maintenance Team Leader
Span of Control: operate and maintain all mechanical and mechanical related equipment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform maintenance on individual production and process control equipment and systems that include pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
Work with engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, simple and complex sketches, other related documents and verbal field instructions needed to perform assigned duties.
Perform mechanical and automotive welding and sheet metal work of a primary or secondary skill level using tools of the respective trades.
Perform incidental pipefitting work, as required.
Participate in the preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Maintain storeroom mechanical supplies and repair parts through identification of items that need stocked, maintain adequate part descriptions, identify minimum/maximum quantities, and identify equipment parts that need added
Complete records and reports as required by the nature of the job.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
Must be a US citizen or have the right to work in the US
Must be drug free.
Four years Mechanical Maintenance experience in an industrial environment
Rotating shifts – days and nights 12-hour shift.
Stand for extended prolonged periods during 12-hour shift.
Lifting up to 50lbs
Climb stairs
Climb and work from ladders both portable and fixed
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in an industrial environment
Two-year Associate degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance is preferred but not required

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Utilities Service Person (USA) is an hourly position responsible for the operation and maintenance of all utility systems in the plant, which consists of water/waste systems, steam systems, boiler systems, compressed air systems, fuel systems, fire prevention systems, binder systems and HVAC.
Reports to: Maintenance Team Leader
Span of Control: operation and maintenance of all utility systems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, operate, maintain and modify all utilities systems equipment identified with plant operation.
Perform predictive and preventive maintenance to utility systems.
Work from information obtained from engineering drawings, field sketches, other related documents and verbal instructions needed to perform assigned duties.
Troubleshoot systems to the extent required in isolating problems related to the utilities systems by applying advanced electrical and instrumentation knowledge and by utilizing test equipment common to other crafts.
Perform diagnostic test and checks as required.
Process all plant waste through the wastewater disposal system and maintain specified conditions at all points throughout the system
