Customer Service Representative

• Handles incoming and outgoing calls for service needs such as ID Cards, billing issues, claims, etc.
• Processes payments
• Processes policy changes
• Cross sells existing accounts
• Completes quote data forms for proactive and incoming leads
• Enters quote data on agency and company systems
• Passes quote to licensed representative for verification and presentation to client
• Opportunities for advancement to licensed positions
• Other duties as assigned

Lead Generator

• Makes phone calls to lost quotes, previous clients, referrals, and others to generate new leads
• Maintains email and text contact with leads through various lead nurturing campaigns
• Assists with marketing / email / text campaigns as necessary
• Networking and cultivation of relationships with referral sources such as loan officers/ processors, realtors, title companies, etc.
• Completes quote data forms for proactive and incoming leads
• Enters quote data on agency and company systems
• Passes quote to licensed representative for verification and presentation to client
• Opportunities for advancement to licensed positions
• Other duties as assigned

Marketer

• Creates and maintains social media postings and promotions
• Creates digital media for marketing ads
• Builds campaigns directed toward new prospects
• Builds campaigns directed toward cross selling existing customers
• Builds campaigns for value added content / positioning of agency as experts
• Video filming and editing
• Develops and maintains relationships with referral sources and centers of influence
• Other duties as assigned
