Imperfect Holiday Table happens every year. You set out to create the perfect holiday table but dinner is not a perfect science. Chef Bud will show you the secrets to making it as close to a Norman Rockwell moment as possible. He will cook roasted turkey breast, smoked Gouda mashed potatoes, roasted veggies and include pumpkin dressing which is unique and perfect for your holiday table. Use of Knives and Pans$40
Do you ever wonder "How do they flip food in those pans?" Come learn with Chef Bud what to use and why. He will show you the perfect pan for the job as well as how to use your knives to their maximum potential. Chef Bud will demonstrate sautéing, blanching, searing and braising. How to chop herbs with the proper knife for cutting meat and how to keep knives sharp. It will be a great evening "playing with pans" and "sharpening up on knives" and enjoying an awesome meal.
