Come see his legendary grill, the BEAST, and learn the secrets of perfectly grilled sirloins, ribeyes and the fabulous Mango Habanero Chicken Breast! You'll grill fresh fall veggies and sausage too! The fire will be HOT and the flavors will be spot on! Come join us and learn how grilling can be the center of your gathering. Have you ever wondered how to make those rich and flavorful creamy sauces? We'll start with b├ęchamel, the mother sauce, and move on to alfredo and glazes both hot and sweet. Stay with us as we explore how to thicken sauces and why certain thickening agents are used for certain sauces. Along with an incredible Cajun Sauce, you'll be amazed at how sauces add flavor and enhance your dishes. Nothing will perfect your dishes this holiday season like rich and delicious sauces.
