A current Texas C.N.A. license is required in order to register for this program.
Convenient evening classes are offered in the fall and spring.
Spring 2026 Registration is Open
A prospective Medication Aide student will be required to complete and pay for a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) fingerprint criminal background check to determine eligibility to take the Medication Aide examination.
The required Criminal Background Check for Medication Aide is processed through IdentoGo. Applicants will receive an email containing the direct link to schedule an appointment with IdentoGo after our registration process, which includes the TULIP application.
