Growing impact that the Amarillo College system is making on our entire Panhandle Region:

AC has a higher student success rate than its peers with 90.7% of AC graduates employed and/or enrolled in a four-year institution the following fall.

AC trains more than 95% of the areas Dental Hygienists.

Amarillo Colleges Presidential Scholars program provides scholarships and international travel for qualifying students.

Over 90% of the areas Medical Laboratory Technologists receive their training at AC.

AC provides workforce training for Bell, Pantex, Northwest Texas Healthcare System, the Texas Department of Transportation, Tyson Foods, Owen's Corning, City of Amarillo, Amarillo Fire Department and more.

More than 2,100 area high school students are enrolled in ACs Dual Credit program each semester.

With a Hispanic enrollment of 40.8%, AC has been designated as a Hispanic-Serving Institution (HSI) by the U.S. Department of Education.

100% of area EMTs receives their training from AC.
