End-of-Course Outcomes: Rough-out contours of damaged panels; prepare for body filling or metal finishing; apply personal and environmental safety practices; and demonstrate proper use of hand tools.
Student will be able to work with shop equipment, hand tools, and air tools safely. The student will straighten and rough out contours of damaged panels to the required surface condition for body filler or metal finishing using power tools, hand tools and a stud welder.

Grading will be divided into three categories. Chapter tests will be 25%. Attendance will be 50%. Work in the lab will be 25%. Test grades will be your lab and class grade for that day.
90-100= A
80-89= B
70-79= C
60-69= D
Regular attendance is required for satisfactory achievement. It is the students responsibility to attend class. Attendance will be part of the final grade. After 3 days missed Instructor will consult you about grade average.As a student you must keep up with days missed and ask for any work missed.It is not up tp the Instructor to keep up with your missed work. The final out come of learning will depend on your participation in the class or lab.Certain class projects will be divided among the more advanced students.If a student leaves for the day without asking the Instructor, that student will receive a 0 for the day.
