The HR Department at Amarillo College plays a vital role in enhancing the employment experience for all faculty, staff, and student workers. We manage the employee life cycle, overseeing recruitment and hiring, benefits, wage changes, employee relations, succession planning, student workers, and retention management. Our approach goes beyond policies, focusing on creating a supportive and positive work environment. We strive to offer excellent customer service and to build and maintain positive relationships across all departments.
