Once you are logged in choose the "Aptitude & Career Discovery" module, and click on the Discover Aptitudes tile. You will see a group of Brain Games.
The assessment includes 11 brain games, and it is advised not to take all in one sitting. Each game is timed, and the total time for all 11 brain games is 90 minutes.
You must complete the entire brain game once you start, therefore you cannot pause or save it to complete it later. If you do quit in the middle of the brain game, your results will be inaccurate.
Each game has a “practice” before you start the actual brain game, and each one measures multiple aspects to determine your aptitudes.
The assessment must be completed 2 hours prior to your appointment to ensure the results are accessible for review.
Tip for Success: Set-up in quiet or an environment free of distractions for the timeframe for you to complete each brain game. There is no "score" or "grade" as a result of the games, so do not stress about your answers.
YouScience - Aptitude & Career Discovery is an assessment that uses brain games to uncover your unique aptitudes by use of an algorithm that connects your game responses to how your brain is wired and applies it to how you function within the world around you.
With YouScience, you’ll learn your: core strengths and abilities, interpersonal style, work approach, timeframe orientation, and verbal skills.
From your personalized report, you will make connections and create goals and action plans for your academic, personal, and career pathways.
