Amarillo College Benefits Highlight - Employee Assistance Program

Alliance Work Partners (AWP) is here for you as life unfolds.

AWP proudly serves as our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering AC employees and their families valuable, confidential services at no cost.

As we approach the holiday season, we want to highlight the EAP benefits that support work-life balance. The holidays can bring added stress, whether at work or in personal life. AWP members and their families can access counseling services tailored to their needs. They provide intake, counseling, guidance, assessment, referral, crisis intervention, and follow-up for employees, spouses, partners, and dependents facing challenges that may impact work performance and well-being.

Counseling options include but not limited to:

  • Job performance
  • Managing anxiety
  • Fatigue
  • Self-improvement
  • Stress management
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Budgeting
  • Tips for managing holiday stress

We encourage all Amarillo College employees to take advantage of this exceptional free service. To get started, visit Alliance Work Partners and use the access code: AWP-AMCOL-3926. Log into EAP, navigate to Benefits, Counseling, and explore additional topics listed under Categories.

For questions about setting up an account, contact Elizabeth Hampton in the HR Department at acbenefits@actx.edu.
