The Financial Aid Office is staffed by a team of experts who are committed to helping our students achieve their educational goals. They have more than a century of combined experience in providing guidance, support, and assistance to students in various situations.
Whether you need help with filling out the FAFSA, understanding how dropping courses affects your aid, or finding other resources on campus that can help you succeed, our team is ready to listen and advise you.
Our office strives to offer excellent customer service to our students and other AC colleagues. We do this by reaching out to students and their families in the AC Enrollment Center and in local high schools, where we help them complete the FAFSA and explore different types of aid, such as grants, scholarships, loans, and work study options that suit their individual needs.
We also ensure that the aid we distribute is in compliance with the latest regulations from the US Department of Education and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. We are proud of our recent audit, which showed no errors or issues in our processes.

- Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 6PM
- Friday - Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
No appointment is necessary; simply sign in at the front table of the Enrollment Center and the next available advisor will be happy to help you!
