Area clinical sites require Criminal Background checks and Drug Screening clearance PRIOR to attending clinical rotations at their facilities. The process can take up to 3-weeks to complete, depending on your history. You must utilize an approved drug collection site to avoid paying a 2nd time. Approved sites will be given to you after completing the required information from the web page link below.

Students are personnally responsible for the cost of these clinical site required checks and screenings. These costs are established by American Data Bank and may change without notice to Amarillo College. Students should expect a minimum charge of $80; which could be higher based on factors outside Amarillo College's control (such as, but not limited to, additional court fees in areas you have previously lived, rate changes by American Data Bank, etc.).
