Preventative Maintenance: Begins 5:30PM June 17 – 5:00 PM June 21

Important information: Colleague will be offline starting Thursday June 17 5:30PM to start the migration. The migration will possibly through Monday June 21. We will send out communication giving the ALL CLEAR once you can login to Colleague again. Once the migration is done you will now use your normal credentials that you use to login to your PC and Email going forward. You will no longer have to maintain a separate login and password for Colleague.

We are in the stages of upgrading the colleague database to a new platform.

This is a major undertaking and Colleague will be off-line and unavailable for a minimum of 4 days starting the evening of June 17th.

There are still some milestones that could change this date but at the moment this is where we are.

Currently we plan on shutting down Colleague access at 5:30PM on Thursday, June 17th.

Finish any processing that has to be done as close to 5:00PM as possible, then log-off when you leave for the day.

The system will be moved to the new platform starting Thursday night, June 17th, no access of any type will be available during this process.

Any processing you do in Colleague UI, registration activity of any type and self-service applications will not be available.

The goal is on Monday, June 21st there will be some groups doing testing to make sure the main parts of the system are functioning properly.

Once the testing is complete then the system will be made available to everyone.

This will not impact the student’s ability to login to Blackboard and do their course work. Only Colleague will be down during this time.

Thank you for your cooperation.
