The Payment Plan allows students who are enrolled in full semester-length courses and summer courses to pay for tuition and fees in installments. Installments can be set up at anytime. There will be an administration fee (non-refundable) due at registration. Students who elect to use the Plan must complete and sign a promissory note (plan agreement). All plans are available online and in person. Students wishing to sign up for the Payment Plan must be at least 18 years of age. Students under the age of 18 needing to sign up for a payment plan must have their parent or legal guardian fill out the plan agreement in person.

Failure to make timely payments by the due dates will result in the assessment of a delinquent fee. A student who fails to make payment in full, including incidental fees, by the due dates may be prohibited from registering for classes until full payment is made. A student who fails to make payment prior to the end of the semester may be denied credit for the work completed that semester. Refunds due as a result of withdrawal or schedule changes will be applied to the outstanding balance due of the note. Additional percentage of down payment must be made for any scheduled changes.
A summer payment plan is also available. The Payment Plan allows students who are enrolled in summer courses to pay for tuition and fees in installments. The first installment is one-third of the tuition and fees total, plus an administration fee (non-refundable) due at registration; the second installment is one-third of the total is due on or before scheduled date and; and the final installment of one-third is due on or before the last scheduled date. Students who elect to use the Plan must complete and sign a promissory note (plan agreement). Students wishing to sign up for the Payment Plan must be at least 18 years of age.
The Amarillo College Payment Plan may be used for all Academic tuition and fees. Students who choose to pay on the Payment Plan will need to agree to the terms of the plan in person at any AskAC Counter or by fax or online through AC Connect.
