Microsoft Word has changed over the years. Here are a couple of quick tips that make life easier when creating/editing documents.

Type Anywhere on a Page

Sometimes we need to begin typing text at a particular place on the page.  In the past, we had to create a text box and adust its location on the screen.  Now, it is much easier.  Just double-click on any blank part of your document and Word will start a line and place your cursor there.

(MS Word) - Change Capitalization

If you want to change the capitalization on text in MS Word, just do the following: Highlight the text to be changed On the Home tab, click the Change Case icon and choose from the drop-down arrow the capitalization choice.
