History of Firm

 This firm has been continuously in operation since 1939. 
§        Founded, 1939 as Walter Wirtz Construction
§        1965, a corporation was formed with the name Page & Wirtz Construction Company
§        1988, Page & Associates Contractors, Inc. was formed
§        1970’s & 1980’s, the company has operated in Amarillo, Texas and also had offices in Lubbock, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico
§        Office personnel consists of owners, estimators, a controller, computer operator, administrative assistant and receptionist/stenographer.
§        Field personnel includes jobsite superintendents, carpenters, laborers and cement masons

Previous Amarillo College Projects

Experimental Theatre                           1997
This project consisted of construction of a new 11,300 sq.ft. theatre, including poured in place concrete, prestressed concrete, brick veneer with CMU backup, sound retardant doors, painting and special wall covering, porcelain and ceramic tile, elevator and stage equipment.

College Union Building                         1997
Warren Hall                                        1997
This project consisted of the addition of an elevator and stairwell for increased accessibility to the College Union Building (CUB) and the remodel of the existing CUB and Warren Hall Building.
