If a student’s course does not fall into any of these date ranges, please contact Dual Credit and we will get you the needed information.

*Note: Students must have completed work prior to their census date to avoid being withdrawn from the course.

Spring 16–Week Courses

Course Beginning 1/20/26 | Ending 5/15/26

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 1/17/25
  • 70% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 2/4/25
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 2/11/25
  • After 2/16/26 there is no tuition refund
  • Last day to withdraw: 4/26/26
  • Priority Payment Deadline: January 15
  • Campus Closed-Holiday: January 19
  • First Day of Classes: January 20
  • Spring Break: March 16–20
  • Census Day: February 5*
  • Last Day of Classes: May 15

Spring I (8–Week Courses)

Course Beginning 1/20/26 | Ending 3/13/26

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 1/26/26
  • 70% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 2/9/26
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 2/16/26
  • After 2/16/26 there is no tuition refund
  • Last day to withdraw: 3/3/26
  • Priority Payment Deadline: January 15
  • Campus Closed-Holiday: January 19
  • First Day of Classes: January 20
  • Census Day: January 27*
  • Last Day of Classes: March 13

Spring II (8–Week Courses)

Course Beginning 3/23/26 | Ending 5/15/26

  • 100% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 3/18/25
  • 70% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 3/26/25
  • 25% Tuition Refund: Must Drop by 3/28/25
  • After 4/6/26 there is no tuition refund
  • Last day to withdraw: 5/5/26
  • No priority Deadline
  • First Day of Classes: March 23
  • Spring Break: March 16–20
  • Census Day: March 30*
  • Last Day of Classes: May 15
