They will help you complete the requirements listed below — you may complete these in any order, but all must be completed before seeing an academic advisor to register for classes.

Contact your high school counselor and/or the Registrar’s Office at each college you have attended previously to request an official transcript be sent to Amarillo College, Registrar’s Office, P. O. Box 447, Amarillo, TX 79178.
New students under the age of 22 are required to show proof of bacterial meningitis vaccinations or complete an exemption form prior to registration. To access the forms, please visit: www.actx.edu/admission/meningitis.
You may be exempt from taking the TSI Assessment. Please speak with an academic advisor or go online at www.actx.edu/testing to check your exemption status. If you are not exempt, you will need to complete the following:
Your Academic Advisor is assigned according to your chosen field of study and will help you chart your educational and career path. You can even pre-plan your course timeline (all the way through graduation) with your advisor. Once you've been pre-planned, you are no longer required to meet with your advisor each semester and you can register online!
This online tool is your personal pathway to your student account, Google Apps and Gmail, your calendar, and where you will register for classes. Visit the AskAC counter on any AC campus to get a photo ID
All students are required to participate in a new student orientation session. Visit www.actx.edu/nso for options.
Be sure to pay or make payment arrangements via payment plan or financial aid by the deadline.
AC Bookstores are located on the Washington Street Campus (College Union Building), on the West Campus (Building D) and online at
www.actx.edu/bookstore. If you have financial aid you can charge to your account. You will need a copy of your schedule to get your books.
