Amarillo Fire Academy Physical Ability Test for Spring 2027
Join us for the Fire Physical Fitness Day at the AC First Responders Academy. Passing this is a step toward enrolling in the Amarillo College Fire Academy!
Practice Fitness Exams: October 3rd and 8th, 9:00 –11:00am

Amarillo College Enrollment Advisors will be on-site to help you apply for the Fire Academy. Choose from in-person or hybrid training options starting.
Cybersecurity Capture the Flag Competition
Join Amarillo College and EC-Council at the AC | Innovation Outpost for a full day of hands-on cybersecurity challenges, friendly competition, and professional networking.
Test your knowledge through team and individual Capture the Flag competitions hosted on the EC-Council Cyber Range. You’ll solve practical challenges, strengthen real-world cybersecurity skills, connect with peers and industry professionals, and have fun competing for prizes and certification scholarships.
- Format: Hybrid, with team and individual competitions
- Participants: High school students, college students, and cybersecurity professionals
- Technology: This is a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) event. Participants must bring a suitable laptop.
