Comfort Adjustments

If adjustments are needed for heating or air conditioning comfort, requests may be placed by calling the Physical Plant Main Office at (806) 345-5560.

Multiple Work Areas

At times, multiple areas of your building may be climate controlled by the same unit. When you have a request for adjustment to temperature settings, please coordinate with those in your immediate work area to avoid conflicting calls.

Seasonal Changes

During the change of seasons, it is often difficult to regulate temperatures when winterizing has not been accomplished or servicing of units is scheduled over a period of time. Although we will attempt to make adjustments for your comfort, please remember that during season changes it may not be possible.
