“We’re extremely pleased that he has agreed to present his expertise here at Amarillo College. This is a very timely and impactful topic.”
Forbes has described Bhaduri as “the most interesting generalist from India,” and the San Francisco Examiner describes him as the “foremost expert on talent and development.”
Bhaduri, who speaks extensively, is on the advisory board of the program for chief learning officers administered by the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to leading the global learning-and-development efforts of Microsoft, he served as a leadership, talent and culture strategist for numerous Fortune 500 companies and medium-sized organizations that wanted to build a strong talent brand.
In his book, Career 3.0, Bhaduri explains how to develop the six essential skills for becoming future-ready in a world reshaped by Generative AI, whether you are part of a small company, a Fortunate 500 company, or launching your own startup from your garage.
