    Expected Student Behavior

    \ ELECTRONIC DEVICES

If you bring a laptop or other technological devices to class, it should not be used for purposes other than taking class notes. Cell phone users in the class room will end up an internal assessment grade “zero”

    Attendance

\ Attendance will be recorded at the beginning of each class session. I understand that it is sometimes impossible to come to class (due to illness, etc.), but because so much of this course occurs in class, you should not take this class if you have other commitments or issues that will necessitate absences. I want you to be successful and your attendance is critical to your success. As such it is mandatory that students attend all classes. We meet only 32 classes. Remember this is a class that is important in your professional preparation and every effort to attend needs to be undertaken.

    Calendar
